At Lady Spartan Customs, we take pride in carefully packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package’s delivery.

Combined Shipping

If you purchase multiple items, we will combine shipping whenever possible to help ensure your order arrives together.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our Shopify contact form within five (5) business days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the shipping box
  • Clear photographs of the packaging materials
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)

We will review your claim and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Lady Spartan Customs is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
