• Payment
  Payment is required before orders are processed.
• Shipping
  Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
• Returns & Exchanges
  Reference your Return Policy by stating that all sales are final except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
• Custom Orders
  Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun. Design approval is the customer’s responsibility before production starts.
• Intellectual Property
  All original artwork, photographs, logos, product designs, and website content are the property of Lady Spartan Customs and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lady Spartan Customs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
