Dreadnok Blacktop knows how to make a vehicle stop where no help is coming. A former Australian SAS motor scout, Rafe Kincaid turned his skill for reading roads and terrain into a career intercepting cargo across the Territory. When he took a Cobra shipment, Zartan found him, admired the work, and offered him a place with the Dreadnoks.
Blacktop strikes from a distance with his crossbow, then closes in on anyone foolish enough to leave the vehicle. His stolen helmet hides his face on the job; without it, he looks entirely too pleased with himself. The Uzi, revolver, and hand axe give him plenty of ways to finish an ambush when the quiet part is over.
This custom Blacktop includes an Uzi, crossbow, hand axe, revolver, removable helmet, custom head sculpt, two foot stands, and a custom file card.
