Yard Sale didn’t take the usual road to the G.I. Joe team. Roland Lalonde once ran with the Dreadnoks, until a roadside job crossed a line even he couldn’t ignore. Walking away meant turning his back on everything—and everyone—he knew. He eventually enlisted in the U.S. military, where years of hard living translated surprisingly well into infantry fieldcraft, weapons handling, and an instinct for surviving when plans fall apart.
Lalonde earned his place at Operator Training Course alongside Lifeline and Iceman. His unconventional background made him an odd fit, but his performance didn’t. During one particularly brutal movement, a spectacular wipeout scattered his rifle, pack, magazines, and gear across the training lane. Iceman took one look and called it a “yard sale.” The nickname followed him straight onto the Joe roster.
This Lady Spartan Customs 1:12-scale Yard Sale includestwo interchangeable heads—one with his fitted cap worn backward and a second with the bill facing forward.
